Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, phone, email, required service, and project description. These details help us understand your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment card information, or sensitive confidential material.
How the enquiry form works
When you submit the form, your details are sent over HTTPS to our hosting server and delivered to info@dynovertex.com using our existing email service. The server checks the enquiry and limits repeated submissions to reduce spam. Temporary rate-limit records contain a hash of your IP address and a submission count, and expire after one hour. The form does not store your details in browser storage.
Information received by Dynovertex
If you send an enquiry through an available contact channel, Dynovertex may use the information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal, and maintain communications relating to your project. Project-specific handling and retention arrangements can be discussed before work begins.
Technical access
Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information required to deliver and secure the website. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. When you open the site, or ask the on-page helper for our contact details, we send a short internal email alert to Dynovertex with the page visited, the referring site, your approximate location (city, region and country), device type, browser language and the time. The location is estimated from your IP address by a third-party geolocation service. Your IP address is not included in the alert or stored by us; only a one-way hash is kept for up to two days so we send one alert per visitor per day.

Links to map, messaging, social, or email services are operated by third parties. Their own privacy practices apply when you use them. The interactive dashboard contains sample data only.

You can choose not to provide enquiry details, close an email draft without sending, or contact Dynovertex to discuss access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent.
